Amber has received back from the Ohio Secretary of State’s office the approved Articles of Incorporation for Breathtaking Ministries, Inc. This simply means that so far the state of Ohio – and not the federal government – has acknowledged Breathtaking Ministries as a non-profit (501©3) organization.

Amber is working alongside her lawyer and board members to complete the necessary paperwork the U.S. government requires in order for Breathtaking Ministries, Inc. to obtain tax-emption status through the federal government. 

Upon completion of this process, donors from all states who wish to give to the ministry, and receive a tax-deduction at the end of the year for doing so, will be afforded that opportunity.

Please understand that although Breathtaking Ministries, Inc. is considered an Ohio non-profit (501©3) at the point we are currently, Amber would rather one who is desiring a federal tax exemption wait until we have received our IRS identification number.
