More than anything, Breathtaking Ministries, Inc. asks
that you come alongside of Amber in
PRAYER as she
takes a ‘proper theology of suffering’ to the masses.
Amber
realizes that this journey is
not about her but
instead about Him and
His glory.
Non-Profit/Federal Tax Exemption Status:
Breathtaking Ministries, Inc. has been incorporated as a
non-profit ministry under the state of
Ohio since May 2008.
Since being incorporated, Amber has diligently been
working with her lawyer and accountant to get
all of the paperwork
filed for Breathtaking Ministries, Inc. to have federal tax
exemption status.
As of January
1st, 2009, donations to Breathtaking Ministries, Inc. are
not tax exempt but
should be very soon.
The paperwork needed to file is
almost done and
should be filed by, Lord-willing, the middle of June 2009.
Once filed, tax exemption status may be granted in as
little as 6-8 weeks. Please be patient with us.
The ministry is moving forward
very quickly,
spiritual warfare abounds and filing paperwork like this just
takes time! We will update you as just as
soon as we know more.

Please
make all donations to Breathtaking Ministries, Inc.
If there is something specific you would like your
monetary donation to go toward (i.e. costs for Amber to purchase
copies of Breathtaking,
transportation costs (wear-and-tear on Amber’s
vehicle/mileage/etc.)), please designate that on the ‘memo’ line
of your check. All funds
not specified will be appropriated to where the need is greatest
at the time.
